PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

We endeavor to ensure all arrangements delivered are identical to the images advertised on our website. However, flowers, plants, wrapping, and containers are seasonal and subject to availability and supply on the day of your delivery. In this instance, our florists will do their best to substitute the unavailable product with an item of similar quality and value to complement the image on our website. This policy also applies to ensure your delivery is on time, for the delivery date requested, and that the recipient receives the best possible blooms available on the day of delivery.

Some flowers are affected by delivery and freight schedules. Should this be the case, we will endeavor to advise you of the situation.

ORDERING & DELIVERY

OUR STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE

Monday to Friday Delivery (excluding Public Holidays): Sol Ambiance's standard delivery fee ranges from $0-15, depending on your delivery zip code. Online orders placed BEFORE 1:00 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) for business deliveries are guaranteed to arrive ANYTIME by 5:00 pm on the same day. Online orders placed BEFORE 1:00 pm for residential deliveries are guaranteed to be delivered ANYTIME by 7.00 pm.

Weekend Deliveries: Our standard delivery fee on weekends ranges from $0-15, depending on the delivery zip code. Our fleet of drivers guarantees that orders placed online or by phone BEFORE 1.00 pm PST will be safely delivered by 5.00 pm the same day.

We do not offer flower delivery on public holidays.

REQUESTING SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES

Due to day-to-day logistics, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, regardless of how far in advance you place your order. The only exception is for funeral service flower delivery.

FUNERAL FLOWER DELIVERY TIMES

Sympathy designs for funeral services are delivered 30 minutes to one hour before the service. The service time MUST be mentioned in the Special Instruction Box when you place an order. If not mentioned, your order will be delivered as per our standard delivery service above.

For other special funeral service delivery requests, we suggest contacting us directly at (415) 752-2060.

IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME

We request that you check before ordering that someone will be at the address on the day of your requested delivery. If no one is at the given address to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the gift if it is safe to do so. If it is not safe, we will call the recipient and ask where to leave the flowers. If we're unable to get hold of the recipient, we will try to contact the sender. If that fails, we will return the flowers to the shop and keep them until we can get hold of the recipient for instructions. In this instance, additional delivery fees may apply.     

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER

Sol Ambiance is not responsible if an incorrect address or phone number is provided. Please be sure to enter all the correct details when ordering and enter as much information as possible. There is space for you to provide special delivery instructions when you place your order, and we encourage you to use it. If we receive an incorrect address, you may incur an additional fee to redirect the delivery.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

Please Note: ALL cancellations will incur a processing fee. Please read our Cancellation Terms below.

Cancellations received within LESS THAN 24 HOURS' notice before the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of 25% of the total order value.

Cancellations received with MORE THAN 24 HOURS' notice before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders on the scheduled delivery day.

MOTHER'S DAY FLOWER DELIVERY 2022 - THE ESSENTIALS

Our Mother's Day delivery service will be available between Thursday 5th May to Sunday 8th May. Due to the volume of deliveries we experience on these days, our online orders are restricted to the Mother's Day range only for these dates to ensure quality control. We're unable to customize orders beyond what is available on our website.

Flower delivery will arrive ANYTIME between 8.00 am to 7.00 pm (residential addresses), ANYTIME between 8.00 am to 5.00 pm (business addresses), and anytime between 8.00 am to 3.00 pm (school addresses).

Delivery fees range from $10 - $30, depending on the zip code of the delivery address.

Sol Ambiance will make every effort to deliver Mom's flowers as early as possible on Mother's Day. However, due to the high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

Please note that the date you place your order won't be relevant to its delivery time due to logistical requirements.

If our couriers cannot leave the flowers for any reason, they will be returned to our shop. Our team will then get in touch with the recipient and sender to reschedule your delivery. In these instances, a re-delivery fee will apply.

You can submit a personalized card message at the time of ordering. If you wish to change your card message, you can email our team at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Please note that we cannot amend card messages after 6 pm Wednesday 4th May 2022.

As of 6 pm Wednesday 4th May 2022, any order placed for delivery between 5th - 8th May cannot be amended. If you wish to add items, you will need to place a new order. Addresses cannot be changed after this time. Alternatively, if you want to cancel your order, a cancellation fee of $15.00 will apply.

Due to logistics, we're unable to redirect your order to a different address on the day. Please see the notes above for cut-off times to change order details.

VALENTINE'S DAY FLOWER DELIVERY 2022 - THE ESSENTIALS

Valentine's Day is one of our busiest days. We will be working around the clock in the weeks leading up to it and on the day itself. We want to emphasize the following conditions around for this super romantic and super busy day!

Due to the volume of deliveries we experience between 12th - 14th February 2022, our online orders are restricted to Valentine's range only for these dates to ensure quality control. We're unable to customize orders beyond what is available on our website.

We cannot provide or guarantee delivery times. Valentine's Day gifts and roses will be delivered anytime between 8.00 am – 5.00 pm (business), 8.00 am – 7.00 pm (residential), and 8.00 am – 3.00 pm (schools). The date you place your order will not be relevant to the delivery time due to logistical requirements.

Delivery fees range from $10 - $30, depending on the zip code of the delivery address.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

Sol Ambiance collects personal data for the purpose of providing a specific product or service requested by the customer. Certain information may be required in order to provide this product or service, such as the full name of customer and recipient, authorized users, email address, billing address, and contact phone numbers. The information collected may also be used to inform the customer of additional products and services, which may be of interest to them. All marketing material sent to the customer will include an option for the customer to request removal from mailing or contact lists for any future marketing.

SECURITY

Sol Ambiance is committed to ensuring your security when ordering online. We have technical systems in place to ensure security when providing your credit card details. In-store, we use squareup.com to process your credit card payments, and we never save credit card numbers unless the client wants to do so for future orders.  

Our online store uses a BloomNation.com e-commerce solution that processes payments via www.stripe.com.

None of our employees have access to credit cards that come from BloomNation.
